間違いやすい英語（bringとtake)
今回も間違いやすい英語として二つの単語を上げてみますね(^^♪
「bring」と「take」です。
英語の勉強をしている人ならこの二つの単語の使い分けに頭を悩ましたことがある人は多いのではないでしょうか。
英語の授業で
「bring＝持ってくる」
「take＝持って行く」
と習いましたよね。
もちろん習ったことは間違ってはいませんが、いつもその意味で使うとは限りません。
機械的に「bring＝持ってくる」、「take＝持って行く」と覚えてしまうと実際に英語を使うときに混乱することになるかもしれません。
英語の「bring」はイメージとしては「運ぶものが話し手のいる方に近づく、運ぶものが持っていく相手の方に近づく」感じです。
一方「take」のイメージは「運ぶものが話し手から遠ざかる」感じです。
ここで少し例を挙げたいと思います。
Please bring me a CD.（私のところにCDを持ってきて下さい。）
※運ぶもの（ＣＤ）が話し手に近づくのでbringを使います。
Please take a CD with you.（ＣＤを持って行ってください。）
※運ぶもの（ＣＤ）が話し手から遠ざかるのでtakeを使います。
ねっ！
慣れれば簡単ですよね!(^^)!
